Try it free first

Every account can make one film up to 1 minute long without paying. We'd rather you try it than buy it and regret it.

The 7-day refund

• Within 7 days of a payment, with up to 3 minutes used since it, you get that payment back in full. This is the same for monthly and yearly plans.
• You can do it yourself: while it applies, your account shows a Refund button. It ends your plan straight away and refunds your last payment.
• If you paid with a discount code such as COPYME, the refund is what you actually paid.
• If you joined through a friend's invite, a refund also takes back the bonus minutes you both got.

After 7 days, or more than 3 minutes used

• There's no automatic refund. You can still cancel any time so your plan doesn't renew, and you keep your minutes until the end of what you've paid for.
• If something went wrong or you're unhappy, press Get help in your account or email us at hello@drawnfilms.com. We'll look at it with you.

Top-up minutes

Top-up minutes aren't refundable, so buy only what you need. They're added to your balance straight away.

When something goes wrong

• A film that fails to render never uses minutes.
• If a film comes out broken because of a fault on our side, tell us and we'll give the minutes back, whatever the dates above say.
• If we charge you by mistake, we'll refund it in full.

How to ask

Inside the 7 days, press Refund in your account. Otherwise press Get help, or email hello@drawnfilms.com (or reply to the receipt for that payment) and tell us what happened. We reply within two working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

In the UK and EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because Drawn Films starts working as soon as you subscribe, you agree when you pay that this right ends once you've used more than 3 minutes. The refunds above still apply, and nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
